The Signature™ system uses custom positioning guides, developed from an MRI of your knee, for total knee replacement. The MRI of your knee is used to create a three-dimensional model of your knee and enhances Drs. Lombardi and Berend’s ability to preoperatively plan your knee replacement. The Signature™ personalized positioning guides are placed directly onto your femur and tibia resulting in less instrumentation needed to perform the surgery and potentially a less invasive procedure.
